The board has discussed the importance of financial security for the neighborhood and based on that discussion, financial reports will no longer be posted publicly. Any resident who wishes to see a financial report can email admin@uhhoa.org with their name and address and the requested report will be emailed to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Among our responsibilities as Members in the Union Hill Subdivision Home Owner's Association, we pay annual dues, currently set at $200, and scheduled to increase to $300 effective April 1, 2023. Dues cover expenses for the upkeep of our roads, lakes, dams, and other grounds. Generally, homeowners are compliant. Sometimes people forget and require a reminder - or two. Recently several residents have fallen behind. At the January 2022 UHHOA Board meeting it was agreed that homeowners over a year in arrears will have their names posted on the website. To avoid having your name on the friendly neighborhood "Wall of Shame" please check in with the Treasurer, Alina Becsi (tymoshyna@gmail.com) and get right with the world.
